Happy Easter !

Ahhh Easter. 

As much as I love thee....diving head first into chocolate bunnies, hot x buns and sugar stuff in general....

...I am always pleased when you come to an end.

Some snaps of Nigella's Chocolate Easter Nest Cake I made for my mum and her friends - An almost meringue like chocolate cake, topped with chocolate cream and candy coated chocolate Easter eggs.

I didn't get to try a slice myself, but I was told later that it was given a 12 out of 10.

I'll take that as a success!
