I have a brand new member in my family. 

My cookbook family that is, and I'm smitten.

I have quite a few of his cookbooks already and I find myself reading them cover to cover - you feel like you're right there with him as he writes.

This new baby is no exception and I've already cooked a couple of recipes from it, including this simple little mid-week salad that ticks all the right boxes.....
