The Lindrum !

Having travelled a fair bit in my lifetime, I've spent my fair share of time in hotels.  I've loved some and I've absolutely detested many.  Those that I have loved have been for many various reasons from their style and elegance to their views and of course, their room service menus.

It's also no secret to my friends and family that I hate loud noises.  Normal, everyday living noises don't fuss me, but a neighbour renovating for over four years takes its toll, and so when staying in hotel rooms now I find myself overlooking the reasons above that use to mean so much to me and purely focus on the quietness of the room.

And I've found a winner!

Yes you hear the occasional tram rumbling by along Flinders Street, and yes you hear the occasional muffled voice of a guests walking down the hallway, but that's it!  No neighbour noise!  Not a peep!

I think this was the best night sleep I've had in a long time.
