Celeriac + Soup + Vitamin B

Celeriac.  Apart from being loaded with Vitamins C and K, is filled with a plethora of the B vitamins, including B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6.

Did you know that B vitamins play an important role in keeping our bodies running efficiently and smoothly?

Specifically, they help our body convert the food we consume into fuel - allowing us to stay energised throughout the day.

I don't know about you, but I'll take any offer of energy happily.  And if it means consuming more celeriac....bring it on baby!
