One of the little things in life that I absolutely love to do, is getting away on a weekend. 

Just a little time away from the usual routine with new views to look at and new tastes to try.

This weekend's destination = Sydney

This little whirlwind of a trip to Sydney was originally planned to attend a play staring Cate Blanchett at the Sydney Theatre Company.  Everything else we did was just a bonus....

....breakfast at Bills....

.....wondering through parks with the beautiful sunny blue sky overhead......

....visiting the market at The Rocks......

.....with a coffee stop at Baroque Bistro Patisserie.....

....pre-dinner drinks at cute little bars....

.....followed by dinner at Felix, a yummy French Bistro we just happened to stumble upon.....

....and luxurious sleep-ins at the super quiet Swissotel!
