Zingy Lemon Pesto!
Holy Moly Batman - has it been super hot here in Melbourne lately or what! With no air-conditioning at home, I contemplated packing my overnight bag and sleeping at work for the week.
Temperatures in the low to mid 40's, day in and day out just doesn't cut it with me and as you can imagine, I've been a wee bit cranky.
And then the cool change arrived......Tra la la laaaa.
My smile is back and so is my need to switch on the stove and cook.

This zingy little pesto is a real treat for your taste buds, and served smothered over the top of some simple mini meatballs......bliss!
