Weekend away and the King of all ice-creams.....

For a weekend away in Anglesea a few weeks ago, my job was to make the dessert, and this is what I made........

Cheesecake Ice-Cream!

Delicious!

The King of all ice-creams eva - trust me!

Smooth and creamy and very very very moorish.

I also made Nigella's Strawberry ice-cream.

Not as creamy as the cheesecake ice-cream and a little too tart, well I thought so. May need to practice this one again.......maybe......

The great thing is that they were both made by hand as I don't have an ice-cream machine.

I love ice-cream!

I love MAKING ice-cream!
