Le Mas Tourteron !

Le Mas Tourteron.  A place where we spent many hours indulging in some of the best food of Provence.

A very special place indeed.

Just under an hour walk away from the centre of Gordes - this humble little restaurant was a dream come true for me.  Unfortunately I'd just missed out on their cooking school as it had closed for the season - something to look forward to next time, perhaps.

With extremely full bellies (5 courses will do that to you) we set off on our hike back up the hill.

Thank God for that hill!
