A walk in the countryside . . .

Cardaillac is only 4.5km or 2.5km from our little home, depending on which road you take.  It’s up hill all the way with beautiful winding roads that meander through lush green fields and past a myriad of goats, cows and horses.  For the first few days there was even a lovely oasis at the end..…a coffee shop.  With a terrace situated in the sun for us to sit and sip our cafe cremes after collecting the day’s baguette.

The coffee shop closed.  For good.

Needless to say, we've piffed the walk to Cardaillac.
