Hair + Skin | helps maintain collagen levels, needed for the youthful structure of skin and prevention of fine lines and wrinkles.
Deficiency?
Because vitamin B2 it is a water-soluble vitamin - we must consume it daily in order to avoid a vitamin B2 deficiency, as a deficiency could contribute to a number of issues, including anemia, fatigue and a sluggish metabolism, with symptoms including cracked lips, sore throat, swelling of the mouth or tongue, hair loss and skin rashes.
