fructose experiment and I'm feeling so good.
I no longer feel bloated or puffy and the skin on my face is so soft and smooth. I've lost 2kg too which is a HUGE bonus!
I haven't had a problem with cravings either (yet), apart from when a bag of lollies was handed around at work last week - my hand almost had a mind of its own - amazing how that happens, isn't it!
And as you can see, I'm still eating like a Queen.........
Read MoreI was around 13 years old having dinner with my sister-in-law and my 2 nephews. The boys were refusing to eat their pumpkin. I was on their side as I too wasn't a fan of the orange veg back then.
My sister-in-law, in all her loving wisdom, decided to tell the boys how much Auntie Leigh LOVED her pumpkin and watch how she can eat all of it.
I think know I gave her the death stare.
